Thorough consultation about what you need, your audience, occasion, your presentation style/personality, content, desires you would like to achieve, types of medium you want to use, and presentation theme. Until the day you are delivering your presentation, Nemesis will work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will achieve this through regular phone consults to ensure your presentation is how you want it. We will come to you to install, review, rectify any issues, and help you in preparing your presentation location. We want to make sure that everything is ready for you. We do not want you to turn up on the day and find something out of your control has messed up your delivery even before it has begun. We know how that feels. You should not have to worry about that. We will also provide you feedback, pointers, and tips on presentation techniques and methods to enhance your overall presentation of the content you are delivering. Your presentation will come wrapped in your new complimentary USB storage drive which contains the presentation(s), necessary software, fonts, and other relevant mediums. Also an individualised electronic instruction guide* will be included on how to navigate through your presentation just in case. (*extra charges if you want hardcopy version of the guide) Expect a follow-up “How did you go?!” phone call from us, to see how the presentation went. We use this opportunity to evaluate the experience. To see if it could have been improved and as way of providing you with an opportunity to debrief. The “hand-over date” is the date the presentation will be ready to be handed over to you. On that day we will bring the presentation to you for final review, revision, amendment, installation of any software, and preparation of your location. The presentation will be complete once you are happy with it. Remaining 50% of fee is due once you are happy with the presentation. 50% remaining fee to be paid before you physically receive the presentation and other equipment/software.
